Virtual garden and Farming games

Virtual Gardening and Farming games are amazeing specially when we play them on a social media site. Its crazy how they just steal our lives. We feel guilty if we don't log in and help our friends and tend our crops and flowers and animals. We obsess on meeting the production deadlines for the lastest bit of bling or neat new critter or whatever. The big question though is how does one translate ones desire to raise food and animals to real life. Face it people if you play more then one of those kind of games its a expression of your inner desire to grow real food and raise real animals. It might even be a subconciouse one that you are compleatly unaware of. Fact is there is somthing innately sastisfying to the soul to eat things you grew your self. There are usually three factors in why people do not grow thier own food. Factor One: Space -If you are inventive no matter how little of space you have to live in it is possible to grow something you can eat, you just have to be creative try googling vertical gardens and small space patio gardens and apartment window gardens. Rabbits are tasty and do well in back yards or even houses and are tasty. More and more cities are allowing backyard chickens and really as long as you have no roster and move thier pen regularly-see chicken tractors and clean it your neighbors might not even really notice them. Factor Two: Time -Gardening takes up just as much of your time as lawn matenice. And will take less of your time then your virtual farm and gardens, if you got time for them you surly have time for a real life one. Factor Three: Money Lots of dollar stores sell seeds. Dirt is free and so is composting your own stuff and there is great ways to do this that are smell free for small houses. Fact is it is relatively cheap just about any container can hold a plant. check your local freecycle group for free planting containers. then all you need is a shovel. for digging dirt and your good to go. Gardening don't have to be complicated. Lots of places give away free pallets wich are useful for free wood. Step away from the virtual farms and gardens and step into some real ones the rewards are more tangable.
